I confess that I had not understood the general enthusiasm that followed the first album of young Scottish group. And if I let myself be tempted this time is that the first song takes all. We must admit, this second album, while remaining in the same line, is roughly efficient: beautiful pop melodies taken on rhythms and sharp guitars, it's good. The singer sings better. The drummer really makes the difference (with use of charlet that we do more practiced since the late-eighties quantre) with other groups. Full of tubes on the album, almost too much. When Franz Ferdinand faced a little, one sees what they can give if they operate a fork that will soon be desirable if they do not want to stay in one register. Anyway this album is indispensable to party happily, a rock festival, of course!
