First, I wanted to buy myself a 5.1 or 7.1 system to the sound of my TV (Sony Bravia KDL-55W805B) spice things up.

Then I came across the Sony HT-XT1 Soundbase and then I finally decided to do it last.
The reviews were good, the construction is quick and simple and can argue about the price.
Unfortunately, there was little problem with the CEC communication between television and sound base.
Problem was the right on the TV connected computer, which does not support CEC and thereby came to problems with the recognition.
Remedy has helped a CEC Less adapter, whereby the PIN is 13 and disabled, it is no longer about trying CEC with the computer to communicate.
The SoundBase is now running as it should and ARC also works wonderfully.
