Spreader everyday companion

Have him around the clock in my pocket, to the leggings clamped at home, or at the gym shorts.
I have to admit it really motivated but short (and longer distances) to go on foot. I look every day (even on bed days), that I come to my 10,000 steps.
As a hairdresser, I am indeed the whole day, but really is not the movement. So I think it's great to have an overview and thus inspiring
