I had in the past one-piping bag because brought to mind me cleaning the reusable pastry bag .... For ecological reasons, I am now switched to this one and have to say the material is both very stable and can be on the other hand of inside very well cleaned (smooth inner surface)! The spray nozzles made of metal do your way to 5 stars - I'm very happy with the purchase!
