This 28cm version of the pan is for domestic use usually the largest, which I would recommend, and for the household with several eaters fits there already enough pure. For the single household I guess the way rather to 24cm frying pan, for little things like a fried egg for breakfast even reaches the 20cm pan. A 32cm pan no longer fits with the most (Ceran) herds incidentally properly to the plate and is therefore uneven hot, is on gas or a really big glass ceramic / induction cooker but a dream.
The processing of this pan is excellent, it is difficult and high quality in their hands. The floor is flat and the pan is also flat on the stove. The firmly screwed handle does not get hot during use. To 175 ° is the pan, or rather of the handle, by the way also oven-ready.
