Gameplay:
The story mode you start as a young Padawan and then must fight through a 4-5 hour campaign.
Here wait laser sword fights, but rail shot sequences the player. The whole is retold by many cutscenes.
The story both dramatically, and the tension building (there is one at all?) Is irrelevant. Though
meet lots of familiar faces from the movies, where you take it here with no chronological order to close
should. During the fighting, you can jump behind the opponent, use Force powers and of course the
Light saber swing. In between will still have obstacles dodged etc. Unfortunately recognize Kinect fast
Motion sequences are not always correct. That seems to be a general problem of the game, but especially if you
playing for two, it seems often be misinterpreted. The Rail Shooter deposits contrast function properly,
However, these are not sondernlich difficult. Overall, the difficulty is not particularly high / demanding.
You should just keep in mind that it is a title that is tailored to families.
The dance mode comes up with 15 modified pieces of music to which you have to dance with up to two players in front of Jabba's nose.
These are similar to Dance Central will accordingly points and the difficulty significantly higher than in
Story mode. Dancing before so apologies "nutty" setting is quite fun. The Kinecterkennung functioning properly.
Until you eventually has reached the maximum number of points, will take some time.
The podrace is an adaptation of the races known from Episode 1. Using gestures to control his Pod
and tried first to cross the finish line. These things I have previously alluded only briefly, but made a solid impression.
In Rancoor destruction mode you can gradually four known (must only be partially unlocked) by cities
Destroy your heart's content. It can be thrown people, buildings smashed and tasks to be mastered. This applies
To achieve maximum points. Total sinnfrei somehow the whole thing, but very funny. The Rancoors react quite sluggish,
What Kinect even provided accommodates. Accordingly, the control works quite well, but not necessarily perfect.
Duel mode is a quasi stripped down version of lightsaber duels from the story mode. Man fighting in duels
Droids, Sith Lords and so insane that is rich in content according to duration not.

Graphics:
Somehow you get the impression that too many cooks spoil the broth. In other, the differences of the graphics quality and the
Graphic style can not be explained. Times the graphics-oriented rather on real films, sometimes more on the animated series Clonwars.
The cutscenes have but quite a good graphic quality. Unfortunately, occasionally also occur slowdowns.
Needless to say that the textures, character models and animations but do not meet the standard in 2012.
Probably you have to make compromises here at the Xbox 360 because the sensor accesses the CPU / GPU of the console.
Or else it is the production budget. I hope not, that's intentional. :-) 2 of 5 stars
Sound:
The Star Wars Typical anthem should not be missed, as well as provide some well-known voice actors for the
one feels at home. The sound effects are just as typical. Nevertheless, the game can not leave the gray
Midfielder highlight. Titles like Halo Reach offer eg music simply much more. Is Uncharted 3
with the voice actors much better and Modern Warfare 3 has a Kriegssklangkulisse that is unparalleled.
That's why there are "only" 3 of 5 stars.
Scope:
The long-term motivation is now difficult to assess status, but the mini-games ala podrace, dancing and destruction orgy
should at least provide some fun family evening. Here comes the starting price match. Are initially 39
so just for the offered still okay. But if you think about it, how many full-price title there is the one after
5-8 hours has and where there is no serious multiplayer .... the price goes even more in order.
Ultimately, this must of course always decide himself.
Preliminary Conclusions on the first day:
I purchased the game, which I expected. No overheating, but no cave game. For families it is worth
quite. But it's just not a Dark Souls, or the like, but significantly shallower.
But playful manageable titles there are in recent years anyway enough. :-)
Who is open to a little Star Wars Gefuchtel with Kinect and perhaps even "love" Small home, has the purchase may well think.
