Stay stylish with a hairdryer Power (4.5 stars)

I am pleasantly surprised! Once I have some board (including some cheap drugstore blow dryers) tried / worn, convinced me of Philips HP8232 / 20, not least by its 2200 Watt Power. The blow-drying, whether with the round brush or upside down, thus proves to be a short interlude, with good results. A real plus point! Especially in the morning or if it generally has to be fast again. As usual, you can also choose here between 2 temperature-power levels, while the additional built-in thermal Protect setting from overheating to protect while blow-drying. Succeeded in my opinion! I myself usually dry at the highest level and am very happy with it, so have not had any bad experiences with the Philips in this regard. Also included is also the cool shot function, particularly when working with the round brush is recommended and (next to the drying) to ensure a more efficient / longer hold of the hairstyle and continues to do so.

Even the look of Philips knows how to please. The black and bronze look is simple yet elegant. Although the hair dryer has a considerable size (as found in hairdryers in barber shop, etc.), yet it is just as easy in the hand as it is to operate. In addition, two articles in the package are included: The ordinary essay + an asymmetric volume / Styling diffuser. Zweiteren I have not tested, because I fully satisfies the normal attachment and am also delighted - by his bullet-proof grip! In other hairdryers I had in fact already often the problem is that the essay after a short time, became independent and thus always departed from the device (during the hair drying). A patience question, which I had not been here exposing myself to happiness.

Also worth mentioning is the positive 2-fold-Ion conditioning, which ensures that the hair during drying is not statically charged. The result: shiny, voluminous hair, it goes to the manufacturer. I can go along with that part, but must also mention that the hair structure plays no significant role. I myself have very thin, krausiges hair. So I start with a round brush to work thanks to the power now what's going pretty fast - which promised effect (neat and shiny hair with volume) occurs quite. Without this effort but can also Philips not perform miracles and thus the result is rather brittle in a simple drying, just like it has just nature intended.

In short:

A solid with a hairdryer Power which does its job well, but also no (hair) can perform miracles.
