Simple but useful feature is the folding plastic box that you can use for storing and carrying of spare batteries thoroughly.

My above review is from October 2006. Here is an update: The same batteries are in January 2010 is still in use, so for well over three years. The loading cycles are not quite as plentiful as in the beginning. However, only every few weeks must be recharged even during intensive use. My charger is now even at capacity 2410-2490 mAh for each of the four Hahnel batteries. From the original Power in the three years of use in the camera - with not particularly sophisticated battery maintenance - so gone lost perhaps 10 percent in nominal terms. That seems to me to be a pretty decent value.
A word about self-discharge: In contrast to other reviewers, I have since individual specifically with these batteries no problems so far. Even after several months of non-use - forgotten in the winter in the camera - the parts were ready for use again, the self-discharge rate so low. In other Ni-MH rechargeable batteries (namely: Duracell 2500 mAh) I've done much worse experiences in this respect - which are fully charged after a few weeks of storage regularly completely limp! Today I would probably why the rechargeable batteries of the new generation prefer that hardly should be discharged or even (AccuLoop, eneloop etc.). But I also see no reason, especially not to buy back the Hahnel Batteries for DSLR camera.
