The shipment was fast. Beautiful large fryer, have tried the same double baskets. Once for squid and even for fries, everything worked perfectly. The device can be cleaned easily and quickly. Minus point It would be nice if one with the lid closed may enter into the hot fat baskets. Too bad there is no bracket, which receives the hot lid when you open it. If the fryer again buy as Value ok
