SteelSeries 4HD vs Roccat Raivo

The SteelSeries 4HD can my Logitech G400 slide much faster than on my cloth mouse pad (for me too quickly). The surface is almost without resistance, so that the movements are very fast and smooth. The tracking is very precise. For my taste me the surface of the 4HD was a bit too smooth / fast, I lacked control of the movements, so I returned the pad again.
