A quick update:
It has -despite intensive efforts unsererseits- exactly eight days lasted until finally was offered by Ergo repair service a repair appointment. But this is only in 10 days!
That are 18 days between notification of loss and the expected repair appointment. Nearly 3 week without refrigerator ... An absolute impudence!
As they say in the product description: "One call and the settlement of claims is triggered." The practice is unfortunately quite different.
Quite incidentally, what should these mindless positive reviews for these extended warranties. Approximately 90-80% of a rating based on the fact that Amazon customers 4-5 stars awarded, because you've got the insurance documents or believe that the price / performance ratio is good. What kind of bullshit ...
