The book offers simple recipes with simple ingredients, it is very educational and at the same time, it changes, it is not as recipes already seen 1,000 times elsewhere.
Bought last week, I already made 2 recipes, very well, the leeks and mushrooms Chicken Stroganoff ways, which blew me away on several levels, first by the recipe precisely which saves considerable time and then by the fact that it has pleased everyone home.
Furthermore, the format is always nice, the chapters very well done, with the middle recipes some pictures of people learned to cook and giving their testimonies and here gives a human vision that I like a lot.
Only downside which for me is not one, there are few desserts, but for me the kitchen everyday are not desserts we made when we have the time, or very simple, applesauce or yogurt.
I love this book, and for me it is the It-book of the season while the one person pressed a little, wanting still feed his family properly balanced and varied fashion must have in the kitchen!
