For me, the visor is essential. It serves primarily to protect the front element of the lens moves possible ride and it also eliminates some glare (flare) unsightly.

I bought an EOS 70D kit in 18-55 3.5-5.6 IS STM. However, Canon, as petty as it is, does not provide sun visor ...

Compared to some sunshades other brands I have in my possession, it is the most "cheap".

In-fact, I recommend this purchase for its benefits and that I have stated above.
