This an excellent product sadly not available in the UK. It is very quiet, powerful, attractive and functional. It has a non-reciprocating engine (ie it only Rotates in one direction) but what I really like is the gentle speed down and up Which makes the whole process smooth. What I do not like about this is the flimsy spout Which I fear one day will break well before the motor this. I suspect this is a deliberate design issue to Ensure That We buy the net model. I received the item within 3 days of ordering fom Amazon.com Which I consider first class delivery.
