What shoud that? Many customers who had complained were cases in which the magnetic lock worked and not the phone permanently thinks the case would be closed !!! This is a known bug! Nevertheless, you get a new buyer again a case in which the magnet is much too strong, and nothing works. The shell would really okay with the quality and the closing behavior, but it does not make sense !! Case goes back LG
