stop where the critters of all kinds!

So much I loved the first book, loved the second but then the 840 pages read this weekend after I rush into the beam of my favorite bookstore have appeared to me long, boring and downright stodgy for three quarters. one word came to me: GROTESQUE !!
A station book. Too heavy to read in a train.
I have believed in nothing and am esclaffée me more than once during the passages devoted to Junior, the gifted 3 years who speaks English, declaims Latin quotations, reads minds (grotesque at will and without any interest! ). What about the "exaggerated" figures Josephine hesitant for 840 pages "I'm not going to write or I go and throw stones at the window Philippe who lives in London or not ???" - And so on from that meilleures- of his beloved girlfriend Shirley nor too can be inspired or, this head slaps Hortense and generally all these characters without fabric that take the lead throughout the book "what state I wander who am I really? nia nia nia nia ".

In short Ms. Pancol you had accustomed us to much better and this river novel will not go back to my beloved library. Too bad, especially when it lasts as many pages !!
