What about after several test:
I want to clarify that I have an i5 3570 (blocked, not k)
At rest of the PC, 32 Degrees with this rad 36 without
FarCry 4 ULTRA SPF 60
-> Without this rad 73 Degrees, Rad With this, 51 degrees !!!!

It's just awesome, so I recommend you this cooler, with good artic silver 5 and voila, your PC is cold!
