The left and right buttons are really discrete (not completely inaudible if you want to nitpick), the two buttons on the left side (to advance or go back one page in the browser) are just as important. The click wheel to is a tad more audible, and to scroll it's just a bit less audible than the average mouse. The button with the loupiote located before the wheel to adjust the mouse sensitivity between 750 and 1600 dpi, not too much interest for my use, but not annoying or noisy Manufacturing seems correct that the mouse is light enough, the grip is comfortable for me (adult-handed man). The click sensation is preserved with real noise reduction: the manufacturer's slogan says "96% less noise compared to a traditional mouse", to reach 99% would be left for him to do a little more effort on the wheel . Overall very satisfied, I am not disappointed with my choice.
