Suction / catcher not good

We always use this vacuum cleaner with the additional Aufsteckdüse to better suction performance to reach.
THIS is deficient, the sucker has enough power !!
The dust container is also impractical to clean, it can be angled, I wash it every 2 months from the garden hose. A cleaning brush is indeed here, the use of these is not clear or is unusable.
Cheap device in the sense of not elaborate.
