Sufficient power but a bit noisy

I have the equipment since 2013 in use. The solution I am very satisfied, but the volume is a bit strange.
The alternative "split unit", seems to me, but because of the few hot days that we have, out of the question.

The bad reviews, because of lack of power, I can not confirm, but you should consider the following:
The device has a line of 2,400 watts *, one has large windows or skylights, and is not willing - or able to obscure this by blinds, so the heat in the room can reach the power limit quickly. Here then is a really powerful conditioning (split) must be installed, otherwise it's almost useless.
Also additionally powered devices in the room (computers, televisions, light bulbs, etc.) should be wisely.
* But I do not know the number (2400 Watts) comes about because the device with me about 650 watts from the wall outlet pulling (which ca 55W for the fan). It may be that there is something more on hot days.

Another tip for unlocking / Ventilation:
For this I have bought a X-Trem insulation and precisely tailored to my side window is completely covered. For the exhaust hose, I have made a circular hole in the bottom quarter. The material can be good edit my craft knife.
