This springform pan is handy and does what it should. By a rubber ring at the bottom of it is very dense, so no dough can run out. Nevertheless, the bottom is slightly wider than the ring so that the dough would be collected in an emergency. It is equipped at the factory with a coating so that no cake is being baked in 2 years. In addition, you can the cake (-floor) always very easily released from its mold. The cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended, precisely because of this coating.
