Suite program partially unusable

As mentioned earlier, you need not talk about the burning capabilities of Nero on, there's nothing to complain about. However, one of the main modules of the program suite, "Nero Video" is practically unusable since the last update (HD playback), as can be no more import files into the program. It made no difference whether you want to import the files from the Windows Explorer, the Nero Media Browser or drag and drop them into the program. There simply is no more. This applies to all video and audio file formats, with whom I have tried so far, so for example, AVCHD (mts), mpg, avi, mp3, wav. I've already reported the problem to the Nero support, then had a detailed description of the problem to submit, although actually it should be clear that the problem is due solely to the most recent fix because the error did not occur before this time.

Previously I had to realize that the "designs" in editing mode of Nero Video does not work. Clicking on it, but it does nothing. Also this problem I have already reported on September 23, the Nero support. I was asked in this case to give a detailed description of the problem, suggested to me then to install the Nero Content Pack To resolve the problem in this way possibly. The content pack was already installed at this time and could be ruled out as the cause. I informed the Nero Support on September 28 and since then waiting in vain for an answer.

The whole thing is of course very annoying, because I'm working with Nero Video very much, which is impossible at the moment because of the problems outlined.
