Had a little trouble with my Ghost Hardtail and with my "own" ... a colleague recommended me a suspension seatpost ... after thorough research, I have - particularly because of the very good price / performance ratio - opted for this Paralleogramm seatpost;

I'm very satisfied ... the hoped effect (mitigation of too hard knocks) has occurred; the suspension takes almost unbemerkmar shocks from the driver;

The assembly (I had to use an intermediate ring) is very easy and carried out without problems even for bicycle lay. Can the part really only recommend.
