Book very well for who wants to try the homemade dairy products. A lot of very useful practical advice (choose what type of milk, storage time, Can you freeze, etc.), clear and simple recipes to suddenly realize, with or without yogurt / cheese. All the ones I've tried so far have been very successful! And it is such a joy to eat fresh homemade cheese with herbs from the garden ...! ;) The book has two parts: with cow's milk and goat's milk.
