Our son is 26 months, 90 cm tall and at Easter the Wutsch should finally be replaced by a wheel. We are sure run into a bike shop and have let us help. Our son has tried the LRM and the LR1. From other brands was discouraged because Puky are the only ones that only produce children's bikes and here are simply the best. The LR1 would indeed fit on the size I do okay, but my son was totally uncertain and it was immediately back down. The LRM he is losgedüst immediately. According to retailers, it makes sense to always start with that because it facilitates the transition for the children by the low weight, the small wheels and small frame. His assessment was that we will use the LRM about 1 year and then either change to the XXL or directly on a bicycle and thus omit the LR1.
We had to adjust a bit higher both handlebar and saddle as the home position, then it could go. In practice, the impeller has already proven several times. Our son is actually rather cautious and no daredevil, but he had from the outset no fear of contact. Although he only runs with it, and has not yet out how you can let yourself roll, but he does have quickly and without problems. Finally we can adults again walk at normal speed, without stopping as before on every stone :-) The routes that he travels, are also great. Back to the playground and back is about 3 km, he creates so grade.
The only drawback is the lack of stand, because one can actually create or lean only on the floor. Otherwise really great and well thought out.
