The many setting (small and large coffee, cappuccino, cafe latte, milk and hot water and continue for 4 with MyCup button) are just great. We really only use the 6 basic settings ranging perfect for us. Each coffee you can adjust the strength, quantity, temperature etc.. Just awesome!
Water container (1.8 l): If in any case sufficient. Should be greater in any case, because the stagnant water and the coffee quality will be affected.
Drip tray: We always put under a cup, because you do not have then emptied several times a day. The rinse cycle is only switched on or off (the time can be set individually) and the "Easy Cleaning" (after each milk reference) because I place whatever a cup underneath. Furthermore, they flushed into the machine after each coffee that can not influence it.
Cleaning: The machine is easy to clean. 1x a week you should clean definitely the milk unit and the brewing unit - but only takes a moment. She also has a cleaning program (approximately every 2-3 months) - I think that's great, thus I know that the machine is really hygienic.
Milk foam: is just great !!! We really had to buy in order to get the perfect foam many different types of milk. But it works in any case - the foam is fixed to the last sip. Furthermore, I think it's great that the milk has its own milk spout, is simply more hygienic. We give the hose directly into a milk carton - works great.
Bean container: The machine has 2 container. We use only one, as we prefer to refill often, so that the coffee does not lose its flavor.
Service: Now had no problem with the machine. But I was thrilled when I unpacked the machine and a welcome pack (with a spare tube, various cleaners, small brush for cleaning the milk nozzle and a voucher) was indoors. The voucher we broke even equal to an (easily on internet) and we got a coffee (Dallmayr) cleaners for the milk system and chocolates. So as a service I know of Saeco under any circumstances.
