I use the Cam on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 and there are no problems. It is super fast and has absolutely a sharp quality.
Problems that are described in other countries Reviews, coming from the Windows operating system itself. Windows makes dei Cam slow Windows driver makes problems, not the Cam itself. On Ubuntu, insert Cam and operates them. No driver installation and no configuration. True plug & play! And that on my "old" laptop of 2010 "Toshiba C650 00F"
It jerky nothing super sharp image, the sound is ok, fast movements are well reproduced, the colors are good and the processing of the Cam is super. What more do you want?
However, I use an external electret microphone, because that still has better sound quality and the webcam too receives the sound from my laptop loud fan. But this has nothing to do with the action, but because my laptop's fault!
