Among the features of the device has been already written enough. I would therefore describe only times my first impressions from practice.
General:
1) The machine is working properly and relatively quiet.
2) The coffee grounds are not exactly "furztrocken" but was a "wet slurry" in the collection container (like here ever complains) I have not. A short rinsing the container after emptying is but necessary.
3) The beans hopper is obviously not monitored by the machine. It may happen so that the mill is idling! Whether the mill on time is good for ...?
4) The first cup after switching could be a bit hotter.
Conclusion First impression:
For the price can prepare a well-made, visually appealing device with enough (for me) functionality, the very good coffee / espresso (with matching beans).
The fifth star's from me but only if the device has proven itself over a longer period. ;-)
With new knowledge I will then, if necessary, report here!

Update 31.01.2015:
The Caffeo solo works yet, but I have 2 very disturbing peculiarities (if not faulty designs) concerning. Hygiene noticed!
1.) When ejecting the coffee marc does not land anything in the pulp container, but also always something brewing between and inside wall and there about the large, elongated opening where the drive shaft comes out into the inner workings of the machine.
There, then collects the dirt and mildew to himself!
I have now yesterday the unit almost completely dismantled already the 2nd or 3rd time to get it again from the inside clean. An expense of loose 2-3 hours and quite a mess!
2.) I was increasingly noticed lately a slightly moldy taste of freshly brewed coffees, despite regular cleaning. Yesterday I discovered the reason:
Within the adjustable Aulaufs is a black container with the outlet nozzle. This also collect coffee residues which can not be completely removed from the seemingly cleaning program and the automatic irrigation.
I have now tried to find out the dirt by rinsing the removed container with all sorts of cleaning products - but a coarser, hardened Remnant is not herausspülbar through the nozzle openings ...
Here Melitta had an example may provide resealable cleaning opening in the container through rubber stopper!
Either I tinker me something now myself, or I'm going to order my Ausflußbehälter as spare parts ...
CONCLUSION:
Both of these problems, I think in terms of hygiene for highly questionable values and therefore the unit by 2 points from!
