Super dongle, but be careful when LG TVs

I bought this WLAN adapter in March 2013 as a dongle for my time niegelnagelneuen LG 42LM620S because both on the product side of the TV from Amazon, as the quality of the original LG dongle (which were also very expensive) in some Internet forums in question was asked. At the same time there the all-rounder from Netgear was highly praised.

Everything was great, the installation went almost by itself. Long I was extremely pleased with my simple solution.
Unfortunately, LG has eventually released an update that was at once sucked through the Netgear lightning speed from the network.

Suddenly no more on Internet TV. First router checked, a TV and identified, WLAN stick pulled out and reingesteckt again. Suddenly a message pops up on "USB device is not supported". Hääää? Is now about broken? Dongle plugged into the laptop: there the wireless reception was even better than the built-in receiver.

Then I was unfortunately clear that LG will seemingly turn to the update, the competition and pushing its own dongle (I know this is an assumption). So an approach I find just plain lousy, especially for a company that with its great TVs lately so had an upswing. For this reason, I will also write the near future a negative review on the TV because the company forced it 's actually not.

The TV is now the way over LAN, I buy me but not LG Dongle ...
