First of all I would like to praise the fast shipping. Tuesday ordered Thursday the goods was there. When unpacking came the nasty surprise, the glass of the shisha was leaking (crack), but I wrote a mail to the shop and got within two days, a completely new glass. Am very pleased about this service and can only recommend all products. The hookah has a great smoke, is easy to clean and visually appealing. All in all, great product, great service and a glass can keep going once broken ... no doomsday;)
