TV Connection:
Basically 3 HDMI devices are operated. All 3 (PS4, Amazon Fire TV and Sky + 2TB receivers) are connected to the HDMI IN port of the Yamaha AV receiver. Say it's just the HDMI out port on the Samsung TV.
Scope of supply:
The package is, as mentioned above come with 4 glasses, Next course is the normal remote control here and the SmartPlug Control FB. Screws for the stand rest and some guarantee list. A proper manual does not exist.
Commissioning:
The stand will be mounted easily, ideally you should (s) or woman to be your partner. The initial start-up is easy, Samsung takes you through the menu.
Setting up Wi-Fi connection, tuning operation (internal receiver times angetestet) and away you go.
Gripe: Channel list. Confusing, strange assortment of channels. The Order takes plenty of time to complete. But however Twin SAT :)
Picture:
Super Sheep, very bright and extremely high contrast. So typical "demonstration blend setting". After I set my personal claims the image fits everything. The backlight is on series "20" which is clearly too high, enough for me also "10". The same applies to the sharpness value, the series somewhere in "50" is, even among "20" I've had enough as well.
An exact list I post here in the next few days!
The Samsung additionally offers 400Hz CMR (100Hz native) and MICRO Dimming.
Sound:
Normal LED flat sound. Nothing special. As described Raised I hear even the Tagesschau on my Yamaha 5.1 sound system. Therefore, this point is not my part to evaluate.
Smart TV:
Samsung appears to have the largest app store of the provider. It should be well over 400 apps available. So far, a nice gimmick. Take time a Youtube video, briefly BILD News receiving or just looked at the evening news. works great.
HbbTV is of course supported by the internal receiver. Sky does not support so far.
The connection to my Samsung Note 3 run smoothly. Mirror display is a great thing.
Some apps need always very long build to last. Unfortunately, this includes the maintenance Amazon Video app. No comparison to the Fire TV.
PVR Recording:
I have briefly tested with a 8GB flash drive. Opens extent. Also plays for me but not matter.
3D:
Since I have a lot of 3D BR owned, the function is very important for me. I had previously been a Samsung 3D TV Playsma and since I was already excited. In the last 5 years in the translucent sector but some happens to be.
The H6620 supports active 3D. The glasses are fired on button batteries, can not be charged.
The 3D effect in "I - Despicable Me" was super, no ghosting and very rarely something "cloud formation", that same is true for Avatar.
Display:
As for the levels of the display, I can at the moment little statement true, the season due. I think that it will be reflected by an IPS panel trade and a bit.
Football mode:
First impression - Boahh how can an image so only overexpose, glaring, dazzling. Second impression: not at all that bad. I got used to it quickly. The tone also changes (TV speakers). If one uses the internal receiver for watching football, the game will be added automatically as soon as the sound changes (Tor) is stored as a highlight.
Besides Twitter, nice solution.
PS4 / INPUT LAG:
With Motion settings and other Bildaufhübschern, noticeable input lag. Hidden away under Settings -> General -> Do we find the Game Mode. By turning these the motion be put Settings "OFF", from this moment, the PS4 then to use also. Unfortunately, there is no button, thus remains only the long way through the menu.
Conclusion:
I would buy the TV repeatedly. It will meet all my needs. Here I use the internal solutions at the moment a little bit, but that will come.
Except for the 2-3 criticisms, Game Mode, Channel list or the pedestal, I am very satisfied.
++ Imagery in HD
++ Blueray
++ 3D mode
++ Twin Triple Tuner
++ Many Apps
+ HbbTV
+ Game Mode
+ Motion Settings
oStandard / factory picture settings
oInputlag that is better (see above, or Sony ;-))
ONo manual, only eManual (I like paper)
Floor stand, in my opinion looks a bit cheap
