This problem I emailed the Service Center of Ranex GmbH in 59823 Arnsberg.
The very next day I got a nice reply in which I was told that I would receive compensation.
To my delight was not only a new motion, as I had asked for it, but a completely new light.
After I had the "defects" dismantled and the new installed, I set the controller only after the printed symbols, and behold, all the best.
Please do not believe everything that is in the instructions !!!
With a letter of thanks I expressed my satisfaction and also want to publicize this so obliging approach.
