I have received within 2 days at Amazon at the map. Kudos to Amazon for the speed.
Works both in the Casio Exilim S500 - required software update to version 1.04; and in the Casio Exilim Z500 (Software Update to Version 1.02 required).
The card has been recognized by the updates in two cameras and funkioniert perfect. The map is very responsive and with 4GB offers a lot of storage.
With the card reader I have no recognition problems with the PCs.
