I have the chair completely happy with him now for over 2 months and I am!
To make a long story short here the pros and cons as bullet points:

Pro:
- Soft, comfortable seat upholstery
- Airy backrest through the net
- Continuous adjustment of the spring for the relaxed recline in office chair
- Comfortable seating position
- No knarksen and bouncy, only lean on the power makes noise
- Long backrest

Cons:
- Armrests seem not very stable, but already so that you can rest easy on - for the price completely okay

I can only emphasize that I am very satisfied in view of the purchase price with my office chair again!
Absolute buy recommendation!
