I have the Zen already six weeks in operation and must say that it really is the best MP3 player I've ever had.
- Enough space for about 4,000 titles
- Class display
- Perfect size
- Absolutely unbeatable price
- Operation absolutely simple
- Class Design
- Super sound
- Video and photo functions absolutely great

But there are also points that I did not like.
- Battery life for miles promised by the 25 hours max 5-6 hours away
- Volume both through headphones or from external boxes in high volume to low.

Otherwise, recommended for the price absolutely, the supplied software is super easy (if one has since instaliert Service Pack 2 on his computer)
