Poor is the technical description on the sell side (it should read: If the technical data not quite):
1, the specified viewing angle of 170 ° (left / right) and 160 ° (/ top down) are - definitely not achieved - even with a lot of tolerance. Especially horizontally (from top to bottom) to get to a maximum of 100 °, to boot up more than down (asymmetric).
2, the manual page that is content (as well as linguistic) rather a bad joke with many translation errors, the Manual on the Driver Disc (PDF) is however much better and quite well usable.
Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable monitor with touch screen function and a few limitations. On the other hand: If the price is probably not to be expected.
