I bought this set on the recommendation of a colleague and was initially a bit skeptical because I usually swear only on wool pots but my skepticism has settled after use. The pans / pots are simply good. The coating keeps its promises and you can also times with ner metal ladle go in without having to have the same which dissolves the coating fear. On my induction stove I had until now no problems, works knotless. Last is my one of the lid of the washing basket dropped, pitched on the ground, has come thick and 6 times and lay still. At first I thought: "Damn now did he." But I was wrong. Only the metal ring is a small dent but the lid itself is intact and still fits neatly closing the pot. For roasting / cooking I can say that they heat up very quickly and you really need very little oil for frying. I can recommend it only!
