I bought this set for the garden, where there is no power supply is available. Primarily so that the pool pump is operated and in addition the lighting of the garden hut with the supplied lamps.
You should definitely buy a battery to it because you can read in the description only, it can cause damage when everything operates without battery. I simply used an old car battery. Works perfectly.
