So, the final roller is super and really recommendable for the price!

The silicone mat work is useless, however. It smells, even after repeated rinsing, very strongly of plastic. I can therefore not imagine it to process food.

Conclusion: The Ausrollstab is great and the mat in the garbage. ;-)
