Have an HP Officejet 6500A. All of a sudden was a print with black no longer possible color contrast was printed. The support from HP has given a lot of effort and I have broken the half printer via phone instructions. Where, however, everything helped nothing and you did not tell me I had to use a new printhead, as in terms of costs something expects, I had a new purchase in mind when I stumbled upon the website with the nozzle cleaner. Since this was in terms of cost quite affordable, I ordered it and tried. Lo and behold, the printer will print again flawlessly all colors and of course black as the day of acquisition. I am very pleased and can this "stuff" highly recommend only.
