Super substitute for original housing with small drawbacks

The key case makes a good impression. The conversion of the electronics was a breeze, everything fits there where it belongs - but the contacts of the negative pole is not sitting very precisely, which meant that not closed the car each time you press the remote control / opened.
I had to bend easily, so they have made the contact surfaces on the board right contacts. At the moment, the opening / closing with new housing without problems to work.

The exchange of the actual key was tricky, because the key blank very stuck in the leadership in the new housing. Here I've helped me with a splash of WD40. After a few minutes of exposure to the blank was then drawn from the management and use of the original key. Before changing the key of the retaining pin still needs to be removed and used after the onset of the new key again. With a sharp piece of metal and a small hammer he read easily "beat out" and then reinsert it. - Of course, the hammer should be used with some "feeling". -

Now, after a little more than half a year with the new key case, can the "ejection mechanism" again slightly. Occasionally snapped the key is not correct in the folded position, and works by itself again.
