The control unit has a bright, clear and easy to read display. It is by means of neatly labeled touch buttons very easy to use. However, the manual is sometimes misleading. For example, there is nothing about that heat setting and time using the + and - keys can only set while the indicator flashes and that you have to press the "Timer" button a second time to switch from hours to the minute setting.
If the ceiling is heat immediately, press after setting the heating stage and the heating time (nothing flashes more), press the "Start / Stop". On the top right of the display, the thermometer symbol and the colon between hours and minutes will flash, showing that the heating time expires.
But what is "Preheat"? Preheat is the big plus of this blanket.
"Preheat" has nothing to do with "pre-heating" as described in the manual. "Preheat" is the preselected time, after which the electric blanket to turn on automatically.
Pressing after setting the heating level and heating time, press the "Preheat" appears on the display Preheat and hours: minutes display. "Timer" button press (now blinkts) and with the and keys + - to set the time that should elapse before the camera blanket. Having nothing more flashes, press the "Start / Stop". The colon between hours and minutes starts flashing to indicate that the time runs out before the camera ceiling.
I use almost exclusively the Preheat function. Mostly I already imagine them in the afternoon. Heating start around 22:00 clock, Level 3 and heating for 3 hours. So I have a cozy bed after the television evening around 23:00 clock.
Conclusion: A super part, that convinced me. 5 star minus one faulty for the manual.
