Can be very fast, thanks to the quick-release fasteners, adjust the height.
The clamp closures keep safe even in the fully extended state with the
patch SLR and telephoto wobbles and flexes nothing.
The rubber foot is 1.6cm thick and prevents slipping on smooth surfaces,
By turning the rubber foot one comes a 0.6cm long metal spike to the fore.
This is best in sandy, earthy or stony ground very well.
On lower ground due to the spike is however very far sunk so that also the rubber
was contaminated with soil, careful with bright clothes who do you then the monopod in hand
hold, cleans the rubber foot with a handkerchief or something, otherwise stains remain insufficient.
The attached wrist strap:
the monopod I have replaced, because it was very very small and thin, with glove size 9 I am

The small wire ring:
