Property me this AAKG bought Caps to get at my Anabolic Diet, despite the low carbohydrates a pump. Open instead of the recommended 1-2 Caps before training ever 3 pieces - Other people take even 4 or more. Since 3 Caps is a total of 3750mg AAKG and this amount included but in the liquid variant also I do not think that this is too much, also you always hear 3000-5000mg should take. The recommended amount has been safely prescribed Olimp safe.
Have only the AAKGs taken 45min before your workout - it has with me but found out, that's 90 minutes more. (Possibly through the slower metabolism are the Anabolic Diet)
While the caps work well - Pay but due to the not exactly cheap price next time you prefer to order my AAKG powder Myprotein.
Currently, I have but still enough as I at 120 capsules for 40 workouts (2 with AAKG per week) for 20 weeks have indeed enough.
