Surprisingly effective, but not the best

This bluetooth speaker is surprising power in relation to its size (13 x 12 x 4.5 cm). But do not expect a hi-fi quality; the device is clearly optimized for dance music and rock. The bass is extremely deep for listening to music when this register is dominant, but know how to stay measured when it comes to the simple word. As against the mids and highs are correct no more.

The enclosure is to recognize without problems by any device with Bluetooth connectivity, PC or smartphone. It can be paired to two devices simultaneously, and stores up to 8 devices in total. The connection is still not perfect: if the bluetooth transmission is interrupted and restarted, the speaker fails to automatically reconnect. In fact this model SoundLink Colour begins to be exceeded, if not equipped with NFC connectivity (Near Field Communication) where you just bring a dozen cm two compatible devices to keep everything running smoothly.

You can also establish a physical connection, USB cable, or a mini-jack plug (not supplied). The USB cable allows charging via AC adapter (that is a real plus) or your PC.

The object has a neat finish, almost luxurious, with a weight of good quality without being excessive (530 g). It is perfect for mobile use.

My regret: the lack of stereo. For almost the same price, you can afford:
- The Jabra Solemate nomadic pregnant NFC Bluetooth 2.1 and Dolby Digital, integrated microphone and Handsfree to answer phone calls, available in different colors, lying size 19 x 8 x 13 cm;
- The Sony SRSX3W.EU8 nomadic pregnant NFC Bluetooth 2.1, integrated microphone and hands free function to answer phone calls, extended size 19 x 7 x 7 cm).
