But now times in succession and as a summary after 1 week intensive use:

The iPad is not a big iPhone - so you need eg. the contacts only for mailing and even the music can usefully be on the Iphone.

The iPad is not a laptop, Apple makes its MacBooks no competition. Unfortunately.

The iPad fills a gap that you previously did not know:

It's awesome for Mobile e-mail and the internet!

Now you can always and everywhere, for example. read in the bathtub or on the couch or out of bed and answer your mails GUT also good.
Practical: attachments such as. PDF files can now be found just below the messages without having to open an extra thing.
