Sweet but not waterproof

My little one loves this underwear has, the yellow of the same style. However, the panties are not waterproof as stated in the description. Not even a little. If there are only a few drops of it are already stopped, but if more comes out is there no difference to normal panties. I had gone out on the purchase being a waterproof material in the lower fabric there is, but that's not the case. Since only helps Terry is alone there, so not very much.
