Swim like pinball ...

I go swimming three times a week for 90 minutes. To individualize the look of my swimming I've bought the flippers in January 2013.. Before that I had yet to make any experience with such exerciser.

UNPACKING
The fins were typical Amazon securely packaged. If you have freed them from cardboard and foil, immediately a typical rubber smell spreads in space. This holds for a long time quite stubborn and it takes a couple of water operations to the gym bag or the included carrying bag not too much müffelt. I also liked the enclosed inserts that you put during storage in the fins and thus fit for a long time is respected. The fins are, how to recognize in the picture, short fins. Flippers with longer face I did not want to grow me aware. All in all, they are well made.

ATTRACT
The fit (shoe size 43) is perfect. The halt in the fin is fine, the foot is beautifully enclosed. Nothing pushes, pinches or tweaks. Also you can easily walk a few meters with the parts, although looks a bit clumsy, but is possible.

SWIMMING
Who has never swam with fins, is, as I, for the first time will notice a huge speed boost. The additional drive to you, it despite the comparatively small fin is enormous. It literally flies through the pelvis. Mostly I use the fins the crawl. Here I move the legs up and down only slightly and immediately feel the speed. No matter with what frequency to swim if one leg beat per arm stroke or more, you have a much improved water and of course a feeling immensely better propulsion. Another positive aspect is the training effect. Are you a train at full throttle, the fins consume the muscle power of the thigh to normal. An effect which one does not so easily get without fins. Another plus point is the input flexibility described. One can easily repel the fins of the pool wall after a short acclimatization, the flip turn works great. The fins make with everything and adapt always good.

CONCLUSION
For the price you can not go wrong. Anyone who wants to make his swim training individual, can safely access here. But beware: the fins should not be worn permanently while swimming. Too fast is here the habituation effect exists. Taking the parts again and swims normally, you think you'd be in the water. Furthermore, I do not advise too many paths to swim so it intently when used properly due to the larger surface and the concomitant more displaced water but considerably and lead - as the use of Handpaddles - quickly to overloading.
