This book offers us the best recipes of 12 tables of guests through Brittany. It is divided in 2: Armor first, and countless recipes of fish and shellfish, and then Argoat, with recipes "terroir" that take well to the body. This book is not a simple cooking guide when revenues are linked together, this book is prompting you to enter the heart of Brittany. The recipes are beautifully enhanced by pictures of Bernard Galeron. The guest tables which follow are presented to us briefly, accompanied by a product of the region: shellfish, andouille, buckwheat, pig, porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, ... I think it will be difficult to resist the temptation to concoct delicious meals once this open book ... think!
