I initially decide for this shake as the other shakes some more carbohydrates than protein involved. It tastes very good & if he is the right touches Shake also filling!
From the solubility ago, it is impossible to enjoy the shake without mixer !!!
I have fortunately a & drink my shake with ice cubes and many little less water than specified. So the shake is really nice creamy. When eating I let me up to 20 minutes per serving, so it makes me even more tired.
As I have a shake of "healthy +" I wanted to found only on this transfer because it contains about 85% protein and thus very very much less than the KH Multabenshake, but realized that it significantly both in taste as well as the effect ago underperformed the Multaben protein diet.
From the protein powder from Multaben can be excellently produced ice cream, pancakes Baking Preparing & Protein Pudding.
Conclusion: For me it has worked, together with the Sport & Kirsch program = 7 kilos in 3 weeks. It is very convenient for me and worth every penny!
However, the solubility is for all without mixer a large contra!
